What kind of interior design and add-on options are available? +
We offer a broad range of design options to suit different preferences and budgets, including standard, premium, and luxury selections. However, available interior design selections and upgrades will depend on the floor plan and community in which you choose to build your new home.
Can I make changes to Fowler Homes’ Specifications?  +
Yes, we understand that flexibility is important during the homebuilding process! However, to keep your project on track, we’ve established three key deadlines for changes: 

Deadline A: Structural Changes 
Any modifications to the home’s structure or site layout, such as adding a fireplace or adding an RV pad, must be finalized by this deadline. 

Deadline B: Interior Selections 
Changes to interior features like paint colors, lighting, flooring, cabinetry, and countertops need to be decided by this point. 

Deadline C: Additional Features 
This includes non-structural additions like installing a washer/dryer, adding landscaping, or installing a shower door.
Do you offer financing options? +
Yes, we offer financing options through our preferred lenders. Please find the latest promotions and offerings on our Mortgage Resources page.
Who do I contact about my warranty? +
For all warranty repairs you will be able to submit requests through a homeowner portal, but you can always email us with any questions at fhcs@fregllc.com or call us at 503-623-2182.
 
For Emergencies after hours or on weekends or holidays, please call the necessary trade contractor or utility company directly. Their phone numbers are listed on the Emergency Phone Numbers sheet provided at your Homeowner’s Orientation or emailed to you by a Fowler Homes Representative.

The Fowler Homes Warranty

At Fowler Homes, we’re dedicated to building your home using top-quality materials and the expertise of skilled craftsmen. While we aim to create a home that’s free of defects, we know that sometimes things don’t work as they should.

If something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right through our Limited Warranty.

When you close on your home, we’ll provide all the details you need to access your warranty and contractor information through your BuilderTrend owner portal. Be sure to check out the warranty PDF for care and maintenance tips, guidelines on warranty repair items, as well as the process for submitting warranty claims. To streamline the process, we recommend submitting claims through BuilderTrend with photos included.

For all warranty repairs (except emergencies) please either submit through your homeowner portal or email fhcs@fregllc.com. This helps us keep a record of pending and completed warranty items for your specific home.

For any Emergencies Monday-Friday between 8am and 4pm PST, please call us directly at 503-623-2182, and we will follow up through your home owner portal for records. For any emergencies after hours or on weekends or holidays, please contact the necessary subcontractor listed on your Emergency Phone Numbers sheet, and we will follow up through your home owner portal the next business day for records.
