1. When Possible – All Tours should be conducted outside of regular construction hours.
2. Due to liability insurance regulations, prior to occupancy, prospective Buyers & Buyers under contract are expressly denied access to the Property at any time without express consent of Seller and without being accompanied by Seller’s Authorized Representative or Buyer’s Licensed Real Estate Agent.
3. Touring days/times are by appointment through the Seller’s Designated Representative at such times as the Seller deems appropriate and at Seller’s sole discretion.
4. Any and all such access to the Property shall be at the Buyer’s sole risk and Buyer will assume all liability for personal safety.
5. The Buyer acknowledges that during construction there may be periods when the Property cannot be accessed, and Seller shall have no obligation to provide access to the Property prior to inspection.
6. Buyer understands that any unauthorized work or materials will be removed and disposed of by the Seller at Buyer’s expense and will void warranty. Prior to closing, Buyer and Buyer’s Agents are prohibited from working on the Property themselves or from directing others, including, but not limited to, any contractors or subcontractors working on the Property.
7. The Buyer/Buyer’s representative agree to not direct questions to anyone other than Seller’s Designated Representative or listing Broker.
